It is planned to sign a memorandum of understanding with Ukraine at the Riga Eastern Partnership summit, says the representative of the European Union.
"It will be a completion of the process, the possible signing of a memorandum of understanding on the terms of full agreement between the EU and Ukraine. It can be signed in Riga, these are our expectations," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
This document is necessary for allocating a macro-financial assistance package for Kiev in the amount of 1.8 billion euros.
