The European Union may develop a new format of relations with the members of the Eastern Partnership reluctant to integrate into the EU, according to Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, TASS reports.
The Eastern Partnership will hold a summit in Riga on May 21-22.
