President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Ali Babacan.
Ilham Aliyev hailed Turkey’s heading of the G-20 as a triumph for the fraternal country, describing this as a manifestation of the leading world countries' high attitude towards Turkey’s role.
President Ilham Aliyev once again expressed thanks for his invitation to the G-20 summit, and said this was a vivid example of the friendship and fraternity between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Ali Babacan, in his turn, noted that the presence of fraternal Azerbaijan in G-20 events together with Turkey was of special importance.
The parties stressed the successfully developing friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
