Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that his meeting with US Secretary of State John Kerry lasting for about four hours was 'miraculous', TASS reports.
Russian President Vladimir Putin started talks with Kerry at about 12.30pm. The negotiations continued at lunch after one and a half hours of talks.
