The Chairwoman of Russia's Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko, has described skipping the 70th Anniversary of Victory over fascism as immoral. At a meeting with Ivica Dacic, vice prime minister and foreign minister of Serbia, Matviyenko reminded that fascism threatening humanity had been destroyed as a result of the Victory, TASS reports.
