Georgian should sign a non-use of violence agreement with Abkhazia and South Ossetia, French President Nikola Sarkozy told a press-conference after meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and German Cancellor Angela Merkel, RIA Novosti reports.
Sarkozy believes that diplomacy should overcome violence and it is time to think about returning prisoners captured in the war of August 2008 in South Ossetia.
He also said that it would be good if Russia agreed to have European observers in Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
