Russia’s humanitarian aid delivered to Donbass

Russian Emergencies Ministry’s convoy has delivered humanitarian aid to Luhansk and Donetsk, the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations’ National Crisis Management Center said.


"Trucks delivered food to Luhansk and Donetsk, including canned fish and milk, flour, rice and grain, as well as necessities, building materials, educational literature for Donbass schoolchildren and students," RIA Novosti reports.More than 1100 tons of humanitarian aid was delivered to Donbass. The trucks are being unloaded at storehouses in Donetsk and Luhansk.This is the 26th humanitarian convoy to Donbass to be carried out by the Russian Emergencies Ministry. Since August 2014, around 33,000 tons of aid has been delivered to Donbass.
