Iranian Defence Minister, Hossein Dehghan, has arrived in Baghdad today for talks with his Iraqi counterpart Saadoun al-Dulaimi, a source in the ministry said.
The source also said that these negotiations were planned in advance. Dehghan has arrived in Iraq the day after the Islamic state terrorists took control of the Iraqi city of Ramadi, RIA Novosti reports.
