Over the past seven years, the average lifespan in Azerbaijan has increased by almost seven years, the head of the Department of Social Affairs of the government of Azerbaijan, Musa Alekperov, stated during a conference titled 'Modern information technologies in the management of hospitals'.
He said that it was possible to achieve such a result thanks to the actions of the government in the healthcare industry.
