Russian State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin told the round table on historical and cultural aspects of Russian-Korean relations, which is taking place in Seoul, that destruction and death returned to Europe when NATO countries, with direct support from the US, span the flywheel of civil war in Ukraine.
According to him, many lessons of the past have been learned poorly or simply forgotten.
"The tragic events in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, Syria prove this… Destruction and death have returned to Europe again, when NATO countries with direct support from US, playing along with outright Nazis in Kiev, in fact span the flywheel of civil war in Ukraine," Naryshkin said.
