NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will meet today on the sidelines of the European Council of Ministers session, according to a NATO communique.
"NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will meet the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergei Lavrov, on Tuesday at the Palais d’Egmont in Brussels," the communique says.
