Moscow mayor named best governor of Russia

Medialogia has created a media ranking of Russian governors for April 2014. According to the ranking, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has been named the best governor of the country. He is followed by Head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of the Sakhalin Oblast Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of the Moscow Oblast Andrey Vorobyov.

Governor of Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev is ranked 9th, Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov shifted from the 24th position to 20th, Governor of Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov from 36th to 28th, Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov was ranked 37th, Head of Karachay-Cherkessia 55th, Governor of North Ossetia Taymuraz Mamsurov 61st, Head of Kabardino-Balkaria Yuri Kokov 62nd, Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyov 84th.
