Azerbaijani president: law applies to everyone equally

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the State Commission investigating the fire at an apartment building in Baku that several businessmen were punished for theft or embezzlement of state property or funds. He assured that functionaries will be punished for violations regardless of their status, Trend reports.
