Golodets doesn't approve abortions's removal out of mandatory health insurance system

The Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Olga Golodets, has spoken out against a bill, submitted by State Duma deputies Elena Mizulina and Sergey Popov, which proposes removing abortions from the mandatory health insurance system.
