Sberbank CEO German Gref said on the sidelines of the Astana Economic Forum that Russia needs to take the same 100 steps outlined in President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s program on the implementation of five institutional reforms to overcome the crisis.
"I can say that the 100 steps program is the best document I have ever seen," TASS cited him as saying.
In response to the question of how Russia should get out of the crisis, Gref said that Russia needs to make the very same 100 steps to cope with the impact of the negative trends.
