The Armenian and Ukrainian defense ministers, Seyran Oganyan and Mikhail Yezhel, have signed a bilateral cooperation agreement for 2011 as a conclusion to their meeting in Crimea, News Armenia reports, citing the Armenian Defense Ministry.
One of important points of the agreement is consultations on strategic and operative planning and cooperation in the engineering and military education spheres.
The two ministers held talks on the state of ties between their countries and ways to develop and activate them.
The Armenian defense minister was participating at the Council of CIS Defense Ministers in Crimea. The Armenian defense minister had meetings with his counterparts from other CIS countries.
