The President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, said that the European Union will help the countries of the Eastern Partnership to become more resilient against outside pressure.
"Most importantly, we want to help them to help themselves to transform their societies for the benefit of their citizens, which also means that they become more resilient towards outside pressure," TASS cited him as saying.
