Turkish President Recep tayyip Erdogan said at a meeting with university students and teachers in Ankara that high-schoolers and students will have received 700,000 tablet PCs in 81 provinces by 7 June. 10.6 million tablet PCs will be distributed throughout 4 years, starting in 2016. Erdogan handed the PCs to 22 high-schoolers, RIA Novosti reports.
