Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that cooperation in the format of trilateral meetings of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia serve the overall objectives of strengthening stability in the region.
He noted that these meetings are important for the creation of a favorable environment for the implementation of regional projects in these three countries.Mammadyarov said that this cooperation is based on a strategic partnership, good neighborliness, mutual trust and respect for the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of internationally recognized borders, Trend news agency reports.
The minister stressed that the format is important for consultations on issues of mutual interest for development of cooperation.
