Due the Group of Seven summit in Germany, which is to take place from May 26 to June 15, the German authorities have introduced sample controls at selected inter-Schengen parts of the state borders, including international airports.
"In practice, it means that Russian citizens need to have valid identity documents that confirm their right to stay in the Schengen zone,’’ TASS cites the Russian Foreign Ministry.
