Armenian citizen Artem Khachatryan is wanted in an investigation into an attack on a deputy of the City Council of the Ukrainian town of Slavutych, Anatoly Gladchenko. According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kiev region, the police are establishing the location of the suspect and his arrest as well.
The victim received a wound to the head with a gunshot and has been hospitalized with brain concussion in the Kiev regional hospital. According to doctors, his condition is satisfactory.
