The Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Yevgeny Lukyanov, said that the decision to supply Iran with S-300 missile defense systems has already been made.
"The decision on sending the S-300 to Iran has been made. As far as I understand the time of the delivery has not come yet," TASS cited him as saying.
As Lukyanov explained, the implementation of this project requires some time.
