Kyrgyzstan is joining the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) on favorable terms, President Almazbek Atambaev said today during his working trip to the Jalal-Abad region, TASS reports.
"This was a very difficult process for us, but we are entering into an alliance on very good conditions for us, taking into account national interests," Atambayev said, stressing the importance of Kyrgyzstan's accession to the EEU.
"I am confident that the country's participation in integration processes will give a powerful impetus to the development of agriculture. We will be able to speed up the resolution of issues related to delimitation and demarcation of the state border," the president said.
