Ambassadors from NATO countries Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and the deputy of the US representative in NATO arrived in Tbilisi this morning, Business Georgia reports.
The ambassadors were impressed with the success of Georgian reforms and are ready to have a more detailed look at the achievements. They are also planning to have a detailed examination of the Georgian attitude towards NATO.
The meetings will start at the NATO Information Center at 10.00 am where the ambassadors will meet Georgian experts and spokesmen of non-governmental organizations. They will discuss cooperation between NATO and Georgia and the new strategy concept of the alliance.
The Emergency Situation Management Department of the Interior Ministry of Georgia plans training for foreign diplomats and volunteers from the NATO information Center.
