US State Department spokesman Jeff Rathke said that the United States believes that the Minsk agreements are violated by both sides of the conflict in the east of Ukraine, however, the militias in Donbass are doing it more often.
"The overwhelming majority of the ceasefire violations have been conducted by the Russian and separatist forces," TASS cited the diplomat as saying.
He also said that, according to the United States, "the Ukrainian government is committed to implementing the Minsk agreements".
