Syrian opposition has agreed to start a dialogue with Bashar al-Assad’s regime to resolve the crisis, according to Nabi Sarbast of the Kurdish movement, TASS reports.Human rights activist Amar Abdul Hamid said that the regime could not be ignored and the crisis needed a political solution. Randa Kassis, the leader of the Movement of the Pluralistic Society, noted that negotiations in Astana will be resumed. In her words, meetings should be held every 2-3 months, the same concerns the Astana-2 talks.
