A plane of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has landed with 22 tons of humanitarian aid in Lattakia, Russian Consul to Damascus Karen Vasilyan has informed today, RIA Novosti reports.Over 530 tons of food, medicine and essentials have been delivered to Syria. Over 1,100 citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries of the CIS and Europe have been evacuated.
