Russia and Kazakhstan will discuss regional security in Central Asia within the framework of the CSTO, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, TASS reports.
The minister pointed out rising terrorism and extremism in the Middle East and North Africa, ISIS in Iraq and Syria, terrorist emissaries sent to Lebanon, Libya and Afghanistan.
