Russia to present the EU with a "blacklist’’ media report

The embassies of EU countries have been handed a list of officials who are denied entry to the territory of the Russian Federation.

A copy of the document was published on the website of the national broadcasting company in Finland and a number of other European media, the Kommersant newspaper reports.

The Russian list includes 89 individuals, among them members of the European Parliament, high-ranking military and security forces and intelligence agencies, and public figures. Most of those on the "blacklist" are from the Baltic countries, Poland, Sweden and the UK.
