A spokesman for the French Foreign Ministry, Roman Nadal, during a press conference today affirmed the position of the French state on the Nagorniy-Karabakh conflict, stressing that the point of view of Paris on the conflict is not only completely clear, but remains unchanged.
"We do not recognize the independence of Nagorniy-Karabakh and do not have any relations with persons who call themselves 'the ruling circles'," Trend quotes Nadal as saying
In this way the French Foreign Ministry commented on the signing of 'friendly charters' between the self-proclaimed unrecognized Nagorniy Karabakh Republic with several cities of France.
