The Head of the State Administration of the Odessa region, Mikheil Saakashvili, said during the first session of the Odessa Regional State Administration that he intends "to eliminate useless positions."
"Today at a meeting the State Administration determined the positions that have no practical value,’’ RIA Novosti cites him.
He noted that such measures can help Odessa to save 4.1 million grivnas a year.
