The pre-election rally of the Turkish opposition Peoples’ Democratic Party resulted in clashes between participants and the police in the country’s Samsun province.
The clashes left 11 people injured, including 7 police officers. 15 people have been detained by the police, Trend reports.
Turkey will hold parliamentary elections on June 7.
