An official visit of the Azerbaijani delegation headed by the Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, to Kyrgyzstan started today.
During the visit, the representatives of the Azerbaijani delegation visited the 'Eternal Flame' memorial complex in Bishkek, after which an official ceremony of meeting Zakir Hasanov by the Minister of Defense of Kyrgyzstan, Abibilla Kudaiberdiev, took place.
During the meeting held with the participation of representatives of both sides, the importance of negotiations and meetings held between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan was stressed, special attention was paid to the development of cooperation between the two countries in the defense field.
The representatives of the Azerbaijani delegation visited the Combat Training Center of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan.
