Sochi clubs and restaurants along the coast will reduce music volume at 11.00pm and turn loud music off at 1.00am, according to the decree of Sochi Mayor Anatoly Pakhomov signed at a plenary session of his office, Yuga.ru reports.
The city administration will monitor observation of the law.
