Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has arrived in Moscow. He will meet with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and discuss the national nuclear program at the SCO security conference tomorrow, RIA Novosti reports.
The foreign ministers of Russia, Iran and China will hold trilateral talks tomorrow.
