Iran and mediators fail to reach agreement in Vienna

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said that Iran and the Group of Six international mediators have failed to reach an agreement in Vienna. In his words, the sides have reached a moment in the negotiations when the stakes are high and each step was costly, RIA Novosti reports.
