Swiss diplomat Heidi Tagliavini, who has held the post of Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman in the contact group on a settlement of the situation in Ukraine, has resigned.
"The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed information in the mass media that Tagliavini wants to resign her commission in the near future," RIA Novosti cites the News 24 Channel.
