Turkey’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has announced the conclusion of negotiations between Botas Petroleum Pipeline Corporation and Gazprom over a discount on Russian gas.
"We have agreed a discount on the price of gas with Gazprom. Now we are open to the signing of an agreement. The sides have not yet agreed on any date for the signing of the contracts. Maybe it will happen in late June," RIA Novosti cited the press-service of Turkey’s Ministry of Energy.
The spokesperson did not specify the discount, saying it is a trade secret.
