The Azerbaijani and Kyrgyz defense ministers, Safar Abiyev and Abibilla Kudayberdiyev, have signed a plan for bilateral military cooperation for 2011 within the framework of the 59th session of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) defense ministers council, APA reports, citing CA-NEWS.
The document was signed at the end of the meetings.
