The President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov, is going to visit Azerbaijan in November, ANS TV channel cites the Azerbaijani ambassador to Ashgabat, Mr. Vakhdad Sultanadze.
According to the ambassador, bilateral relations are developing quite successfully. "A delegation of 60 people is already ready to visit Baku in the framework of the Turkmen Culture Days program that is being held in November. Moreover, our two countries are going to hold a special summit in Baku that will be attended by the President of Turkmenistan," said Sultanadze.
A summit of the leaders of the Caspian countries is being held on November 18th in Baku and will be attended by the Presidents of Iran, Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan. The main topic of the discussion will be the problem of the Caspian Sea's status.
