An explosion at the local school canteen in the Zaragizh village of
the Cherek region of Kabardino-Balkaria was caused by the malfunction
of a 30-litre electric water heater, RIA Novosti reports, citing the
press-service of the president of Kabardino-Balkaria.
The school headmaster informed the police about the explosion on
Monday at 04.00 am. No one was injured.
