Head of TurkPA to take part in joint OSCE and CIS PA forum

The Secretary General Turkic Parliamentary Assembly (Turk PA) Ramil
Hasanov will take part in a joint international conference of the OSCE
and CIS PA on the topic "OSCE and CIS: new opportunities and
prospects" on October 27-29 in Saint Petersburg, Trend reports, citing
the press-service of TurkPA.


Chairman of the Russian Federal Council of the Federal Assembly Sergey
Mironov, Chairman of Kazakh Parliament Ural Muhamedzhanov and heads of
parliaments of other countries will take part in the meeting.


The head of TurkPA will speak about the activities and work done by
the organization. Then he will exchange views on new forms of
cooperation of TurkPA with the OSCE and CIS PA.


TurkPA was founded in 2009 in Baku. It consists of Azerbaijan, Turkey,
Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The secretariat is located in Baku. Its
main goal is the expansion of ties with Turkic countries.
