The International Information Centre opened today in Baku in connection with the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan. The main objective of the project is to support the representatives of the international media during the elections.
The center will provide daily information about the elections. It will also facilitate meetings between foreign journalists, candidates, and other stakeholders in the electoral process.
Elections to the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Republic of Azerbaijan are scheduled for the 7th of November, 2010.
