Azerbaijani Central Electoral Commission registers over 600 international observers

Over 600 international observers have registered to monitor the
parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, Mazahir Panahov, the chairman
of the Central Election Commission said on Monday, News Azerbaijan
reports.

Speaking about the distribution of ballots among constituencies, the
CEC Chairman said that 11 district electoral commissions had already
received ballot papers.

Elections to the 125-seat Milli Mejlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan are
scheduled for the 7th of November.
