The Armenian opposition newspaper 'Zhamanak' (Time) noted on October
26 that the most likely reason for the murder of two contract
servicemen, Russian citizens Armen Zakharyan and Artur Yenokyan is
jealousy. One of the servicemen was in a relationship with a married
woman and investigators suspect her husband.
On October 23 the two servicemen were found dead with stab-wounds at
the rest room of a border service facility of the Russian Federal
Security Service.
The newspaper says that Russian side has taken the case under its full
control to prevent information leaks.
