Nicaragua, South Ossetia sign deal on diplomatic ties

Nicaragua and South Ossetia have signed an agreement on the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations, a spokesperson for the South Ossetian president said on Wednesday, reports RIA Novosti.
The spokesperson said the deal was signed by Nicaraguan Foreign Minister Samuel Santos and his South Ossetian counterpart Murat Dzhioyev.
