Western special services are trying to shatter the situation in the Northern Caucasus, Russian authorized presidential envoy to the region Alexander Khloponin said, RIA Novosti reports.
He said that the special services are using the North Caucasus problems to affect the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014. Khloponin said that there are adjustments in law-enforcing services to improve the situation.
