The new French Ambassador to Armenia, Henri Regnault, replaced his predecessor, Serge Smessow, on October, 26, News.am said.
Smessow completed his work in Armenia on October, 10. There is speculation that Smessow will replace Bernard Fassier as OSCE Minsk Group chairman.
