The UN sanctions against Iran do not fully forbid supplying it with
engineering, excluded from the list of sanctions, the head of
Rosoboronexport Anatoly Isaykin said, RIA Novosti reports.
Concerning China, Isaykin said that that country ‘is interested in
everything’. They need advanced technologies, science and research,
construction and joint collaboration. China relies on its own
industry, he said.
