Ilham Aliyev congratulates president of Turkey

The Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev, telephoned the Turkish
President, Abdullah Gul, on Friday, the state news agency Azertag
reports.

Aliyev congratulated Abdullah Gul on his birthday, as well as on
Turkey's national holiday - Republic Day-  and wished him good health
and success in work, and peace and prosperity to the Turkish people.

The presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey expressed satisfaction with
the successful development of relations of friendship and fraternity
between the two countries in all fields and their confidence that the
relations will be strengthened further.
